We don't currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes. Please note that delivery to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Incorrect Address Policy

If you enter an incorrect address for your billing or shipping, we are not responsible. Prior to placing your order, please double check all information. The shipping labels will be sent to the address you provided. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-shipping an order if the shipping address provided is incorrect or invalid and the order is returned to us.
Packages returned back to us for incorrect addresses will be refunded minus the shipping charge. There will be no restocking fee for these packages.

Damaged Product in Transit Policy
It is our priority to ensure that products are packaged safely and securely.
Upon receiving damaged or leaking goods, please contact our customer service department at hello@sunnyscentsllc.com within 3 days to file a claim.
For externally damaged packages, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.

STANDARD USPS FIRST CLASS is trackable but does not provide insurance in the event your package is damaged or lost Sunny Scents LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. This is not the fastest form of shipping and can be very slow to receive. Please consider priority mail if you need your item sooner.

Priority Mail (Insured up to $50) includes tracking, insured up to $50 and delivery in domestic destination within 1-3 business days. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service per USPS. UPS Ground standard shipping option, guaranteed delivery to it's destination in 1-5 business days insured up to $100.

We encourage all buyers to select the proper coverage to guarantee your item(s) are properly covered. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We currently ship only to USA.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If you do not receive your package but tracking shows it has been delivered it is the recipient's responsibility to make claims on damaged or missing goods via USPS and file a lost package claim. PRICING POLICY
The pricing for each product shall be clearly displayed on the Website at the time you purchase the products from Sunny Scents, because our prices are clearly stated no price adjustments or price matching will be allowed to any order. If we offer bulk pricing for our merchandise, you will see the prices listed on the Website. We do not offer any larger discounts than what is already listed on our Website. Sunny Scents reserves the right to change its prices, at any time, without notice. Revised prices will be available on the Website. The amount of any local, state, federal, provincial or international tax or tariff levied on the goods, including, without limitation, sales or use tax if required to be collected by the Company, shall remain be your sole responsibility, and where required to be collected by the Company, shall be added to each order.
The Company does not back-order merchandise. If the Company receives an order that includes items that are out of stock, the Company will contact you via telephone and/or email to inform you of the out-of-stock items and credit your credit card for the amount of the out of stock merchandise. All out of stock items must be reordered once they are back in stock.
